Since 2000, the MBA Economic Law Department has developed recognized expertise in contract law, consumer and competition law, insurance law and criminal law, fields in which it provides legal counsel to leading French and international groups.
Its practice is characterized by a high level of reactivity and availability made possible by having recourse to colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and who are highly experienced with litigation techniques.
The department works in continual collaboration with other of the firm's specialties to ensure clients have a multidisciplinary approach in all areas of litigation.
