A practical, made-to-measure approach to business and tax law issues
The firm's principal preoccupation is how to best satisfy and serve its clients' interests. In this spirit, Moisand Boutin & Associés has created completely specialized teams of legal advisors (partners-associates). These teams are structured in the following manner:
- clients have a priority reference contact (a partner), who plays a "pivot" role,
- a group of partners and associates with diversified specialties, to best cover the various legal issues,
- real implication on the part of each partner, which creates a direct, prioritized and unique relationship with the client.
MBA lawyers have a special work method. They develop a constructive, inventive way of dealing with client legal and tax problems by identifying and prioritizing the material context of their clients' business activities and possible operational constraints; it is only in light of this special context that the issues submitted to them will be studied.
