The firm aims to develop toward providing global business law services, leading in recent years to reinforcement of the Labour Law Department, both in assisting businesses as well as employees.
Its expertise covers litigation, consulting, individual negotiation and collective bargaining, assistance to businesses of all sizes, particularly in connection with restructuring (M & A, mass redundancies, etc.) assistance to court-appointed receivers in connection with court-ordered reorganizations or redundancy plans, etc.
This department, comprised of two partners and three associates, has developed recognized experience in providing services to businesses, court-appointed administrators and managers (executives).
The department's organization is twofold. Marianne Franjou, partner, handles all of the department's litigation aspects, and Christine Hillig-Poudevigne is responsible for legal counsel, including international matters.
