The tax department, comprised of five partners, provides its clients with national and international legal support (with the help of a worldwide network of correspondents, rigorously selected by MBA) to successfully conclude all your projects in France and abroad.
The tax partners are in a position to provide you with complete services covering both legal counsel and litigation issues.
Its central activity is corporate tax law for special operations (mergers, acquisitions, restructuring) as well as day-to-day management (VAT, business tax, customs law), together with tax planning for corporate income.
Owing to its extensive experience with large French and foreign groups, the tax department has developed recognized expertise in structuring operations, establishing transfer pricing policies and increasing the tax efficiency of inter-company flows. Moreover, most of the partners have had double training in both finance and tax, permitting the emergence of a transversal finance unit formed with partners from the Corporate Law Department.
The policy of MBA legal counsel means that the personal tax situations of managers and executives are also covered, especially in LBO operations and family office management, from both the national and international perspective.
