Christine Hillig-Poudevigne joined Moisand Boutin & Associés as Associate-Director in September 2006 and was appointed partner of the firm in July 2007.

She directs the Labour Law Department together with Marianne Franjou.

Christine Hillig-Poudevigne has over eight years of experience with Anglo-Saxon structures. She began her career with the firm Slaughter and May (1997-2001), then joined the firm Allen & Overy (2002-2006).

She advises businesses during restructuring operations, acquisitions and mergers and in connection with collective bargaining.

She also works on employment agreements, settlement negotiation, individual and collective dismissal procedures, employee savings plans, introduction of new technologies, etc.

The labour law clientele is highly diversified: multinationals, medium-sized businesses in all sectors of activity (food-processing industry, technology, plastic industry, banking, aeronautics, non-business service institutions, communication and media, IT, etc.), private individuals seeking advice throughout their professional career.

  • Implementing a voluntary departure plan within the context of a downsizing policy
  • Setting up of Social Plans for various companies. (collective reduction of workforce)
