Dorothée Traverse is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Moisand, Boutin & Associés.
She began her career with Price Waterhouse in 1987, where she gained extensive experience in the fields of international tax law and M&A.
In 1991, Dorothée Traverse opened and oversaw the development of a French office for Price Waterhouse New York. This three-year assignment made it possible for her to specialize in tax planning for foreign investments in France, in mergers and in structured finance. She developed an expertise in international financial litigation.
When Moisand, Boutin & Partners linked with Deloitte & Touche Juridique et Fiscal from 1998 to June 2000, Dorothée was responsible for the real estate tax department.
Her main clients are French and foreign multinationals, middle-sized service companies and LBO funds.
