Hélène Florand has been a partner of Moisand, Boutin & Associés since December 2001.
She began her career with French lawyer Marie-France Duffour-Lucet. From 1991 to 1994, Hélène Florand was an associate with French attorney Laurent Dulong's law firm, where she specialized in commercial law and bankruptcy proceedings law. She was with Clifford Chance from 1994 to 2000. She developed extensive experience in commercial law, bankruptcy proceedings law, criminal law, insurance law and transport law.
She has been particularly active on behalf of professionals in the fields of transport, office automation, IT, telecommunications, insurance, etc.
