Member of the Paris Bar

Master’s Degree in Private Law (Business Law and International Private Law) - Université de Paris II
Postgraduate Diploma in English and North American Business Law – Université de la Sorbonne

Marianne Franjou is a partner with Moisand, Boutin & Associés since December 2002.

She is in charge of the Labour Law Department.

She started her career with SCP Rambaud Martel, where she specialized in various domains such as distribution and labour law and also banking and collective procedures law in collaboration with the two partners in charge of these departments. She dedicated a large part of her activity to three major transactions: the bankruptcy of the Codec stores, the filing for bankruptcy proceedings of the broadcasting channel La Cinq and also of Fives Lille. Marianne has been pleading for the last five years all over France and has worked closely with the Commercial Court, High Court and the Labour Arbitration Court.

In 1997, she participated in creating the litigation department for a law firm; she then opened her own office in 1998 and specialized in labour law, owing to a clientele that remained faithful to her and that she developed and diversified until she joined Moisand, Boutin & Partners.

Her clientele is extremely varied: large and medium-sized firms in all types of activities (aeronautics, cinema, temporary employment agencies, communications, public works, computers, real estate, luxury etc.), individuals seeking advice throughout their professional careers, and also major companies, notably for litigation issues.

Her activity is specifically dedicated to litigation (labour and commercial courts, court of appeal, high court ...) and to wide-ranging negotiations, but also consultancy services, notably with regard to restructuring strategies.
