Michel-Pierre Boutin is one of the founding partners of Moisand, Boutin & Associés.
A Partner of Price Waterhouse Juridique et Fiscal where he was responsible for the International Tax Department; he was a member of the international tax committee and Human Resources Director until his departure in 1995.
He decided, with other members of the Price Waterhouse Group, to create Moisand, Boutin & Associés, which today employs 20 specialized professionals in all areas of law.
His areas of expertise include corporate tax (domestic and international concerns) and tax issues for individuals with very substantial assets. In this connection, outside his role of providing legal counsel on ongoing operations, he has developed and implemented tax planning policies for international groups (trans-border restructuring, hybrid financial instruments, transfer pricing policies, etc.), as well as for individuals with substantial fortunes.
Michel-Pierre Boutin authored the International Tax Guide in 99 countries (two editions). He has written numerous articles in the review Fusion et Acquisitions (Investir in the United States, Investir in the United Kingdom) and has run a great many seminars both in France and abroad (United States, United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, etc.) on a very wide spectrum of subjects.
His main clients are international French and foreign groups.
