Philippe Moisand is one of the founding partners of Moisand, Boutin & Associés.
He began his career with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris with the tax department, up to 1969.
He then joined the Price Waterhouse Group, where he directed the Legal and Tax Department France for 20 years. He was also a member of various governing bodies of this group, both national and European, until his departure in 1995.
He then decided, with other partners from Price Waterhouse, to create Moisand, Boutin & Associés, which today employs 20 specialized professionals in all areas of business law.
He was also responsible for tutoring in international tax at the law faculty of Paris XII, and has written numerous articles on subjects related to his fields of competence. He has also run numerous conferences both in France as well as abroad.
He provides legal assistance in all areas of tax for both domestic and international businesses. He is specialized in tax planning policies for multinational groups, trans-border M & A, hybrid financial instruments, and transfer pricing policies.
His main clients are international French and foreign groups, conducting business activities as varied as mass distribution, multimedia, elevators.
