Virginie Bouet has been a partner with Moisand, Boutin & Associés since January 2001.
She began her career in England with the French Real Estate Department for the English firm of Blake Lapthorn Solicitors, and then worked for the Clifford Chance Real Estate Department in Paris for five years, where she developed a litigation practice. In 1998, she joined Salans, Hertzfeld & Heilbronn in Paris where she continued her real estate practice both as a legal adviser and in litigation.
Her areas of expertise include sales law, construction law and commercial leases (sale of business goodwill, assignment of leasehold rights).
Her main clients are assets managers, commercial users, multinational distribution chains, foreign investors.

- Assistance to a railway freight operator in connection with leases
- Legal counsel for assets managers (contracts to act as the project owner's representative, project follow-up)
