Moisand Boutin & Associés - Law Firm – MBA

Origins

A practical, made-to-measure approach to business and tax law issues

The law firm of Moisand Boutin & Associés ("MBA") was created in 1995 by several tax partners in the French subsidiary of the worldwide Price Waterhouse network. The firm was originally specialized in corporate tax law and family office for a multinational clientele.

By becoming completely independent in 2000, the firm reinforced its tax teams, but also extended its structure to complementary fields of expertise: labour law, corporate law, business litigation, real estate law and competition law by recruiting partners from large international and/or French firms.

In 2002 MBA contributed to the creation of the Alliance Fiscale, a network of French tax lawyers, together with two other French firms specialized in tax law; in this way about 30 high-level tax specialists have reinforced its scope of expertise.

In 2005, MBA confirmed its development initiatives in all fields of business law with an intensified recruitment policy. The arrival of two new partners in the field of M & A gave a new dimension to the firm's now well-recognized practice. This policy of diversification also led to their reinforcement of the Labour Law Department, which has included two partners since 2007.
